Hollandsworth Construction is an established commercial general contractor providing services for build-outs, renovations and ground-up construction. Our team has extensive experience in multiple property types including office, medical and retail. We maintain a close working relationship with our network of top contractors to ensure the owner’s best interests are always the top priority. It is our goal to complete a project on time, on budget, and to a level that exceeds our client’s highest expectations. When working with our team, you will be treated respectfully, your input will be valued, and we will communicate with you in a timely manner.

RYAN HOLLANDSWORTH | PRESIDENT
Ryan founded Hollandsworth Construction, LLC. in 2011, and he serves as President. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University and spent seven valuable years in commercial construction before founding the company. Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Ryan takes pride in making certain Hollandsworth Construction brings the best to every project and to the community.
Ryan and his wife Holly are members of Graystone Church in Loganville, GA. They have three daughters.
JOHN NEAL SCOTT | VICE PRESIDENT
John Neal Scott is a Vice President with Hollandsworth Construction. John Neal joined Hollandsworth Construction in 2017, and his primary responsibilities include business development, financial operations, and business strategy. Prior to joining Hollandsworth Construction, John Neal spent three years at MetLife Real Estate where he was an Associate Director. At MetLife, he served in a number of capacities, including roles in Asset Management, Acquisitions and Portfolio Management. John Neal started his career at Deloitte and Thomson Reuters in their commercial real estate property tax consulting groups. After Thomson Reuters he went to business school, and then joined JP Morgan where he worked as a senior underwriter in the commercial real estate banking group. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
John Neal lives in Roswell, GA with his wife Hailey and their two daughters.

The Path Project is a local 501(c)(3) that partners with families, schools, churches and businesses to help kids in at-risk communities find the right path for their lives – spiritually, academically, and socially. Founded in 2009 by Jim and Melinda Hollandsworth, The Path Project now serves five different communities in the Southeast with educational and character building programs. Hollandsworth Construction has sponsored The Path Project’s annual Gala, and also serves as a monthly supporter for the organization. HomeStretch is an organization that guides working homeless families with minor children in north metro Atlanta toward increased self-reliance and stability by providing LifeSkills education, mentoring and supportive housing. Their mission is to provide supportive housing and programs that equip working families to regain and sustain permanent housing. Hollandsworth Construction is proud to support HomeStretch both financially and through volunteer opportunities.
Uniting Hope 4 Children is a faith-based non-profit that works with churches, families and community businesses to help the children and families of our foster care system. Their desire is to offer hope through training and support that helps make a difference in the lives of children. Hollandsworth Construction is proud to partner with Uniting Hope 4 Children by renovating their new office building to create office and storage space, along with additional space to meet the organization’s needs.
