The scope of work included interior finishes and the construction of non-load-bearing walls. The new facility now features a reception area, twelve triage rooms, two surgical suites, a consult room, IT and storage space, two operatories, ADA-compliant restrooms, a doctor’s office, a dry lab, a wet/dry lab, and multiple team rooms.

The project involved the construction of a new office building and was carried out between the last quarter of 2023 and completed in 2025. There were several delays and extensions that had nothing to do with Hollandsworth; hence the longer timeframe (mostly because of unanticipated site work prep and Hurricane Helene.) The team with Hollandsworth did everything possible to make up for this lost time and completed the project as expected.
